Tasting notes
Colour: straw yellow with light golden hue;
Nose: intense and fruity. Very attractive lifted fresh fruit aromas, along with green apple, pear, almond and honey scents.
Flavour: tasty and elegant; this Pecorino exhibits rich texture with a fairly high acidity well balanced by the alcohol. Extraordinary aromatic persistence.
Pairings: It’s ideal with hors d’oeuvres, main course meals, white meats, fish soup and fresh cheeses
