Tasting notes

Colour: light pink with brilliant cherry tones;
Nose: Intense aromas of cherry  and strawberry;
Flavour: Its fragrance is persistent and fruity; its taste is round, harmonious, dry and pleasant .
Pairings: It’s ideal with hors d’oeuvres, main course meals, white meats, fish soup and fresh cheese.

Vinification:
The vinification of “Rosato San Lorenzo” foresees a particular maceration of the grapes at low temperature (8°C for 10 hour). Afterwards, the grapes are soft pressed and yielding a “mosto fiore" or  free-run must, which is fermented in stainless steel tank under controlled temperature in order to accentuate the wine’s bouquet.
