Balanced.
Impenetrable intense red wine. Colour: intense, deep ruby red colour almost impenetrable with elegant garnet highlights on ageing. Nose: a wide range of developed and distinct fragrances with notes of well ripened red fruit. Flavour: extremely balanced, the tannins, not aggressive, are sweet and velvety; this is a structured wine with an excellent gustative persistence, warm and soft.
Pairings.
It matches well-structured first courses, barbecued meats, mature cheeses, eggs, game, red meats in general.
