Briliant pale rosé with delicate salmon reflections. Dense and persistent perlage. Floral notes of rosehip and scents of undergrowth. Round,crunchy on the palate and final of good intensity and lenght.

Vinification: The grapes are crushed and destemmed; Prefermentative cryomaceration of the juice and then soft pressed. Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tank in order to accentuate the wine’s bouquet. The wine is made sparkling using the Charmat Method.
