Antares Montepulciano DOCG

PERSISTENT.

Colour: ruby colour with purple hue. Nose: fruity with aromas of ripe fruits, bilberry, mulberry and plum notes followed by spicy and rich balsamic tones of vanilla and coffee. Flavour: full and fruity structure. It is a gentle and spontaneous wine, whose tannins, not aggressive, are sweet and velvety; great aromatic persistence; perfect correspondence from nose to mouth.

Pairings.

It matches well-structured first courses, barbecued meats, mature cheeses, eggs, game, red meats in general.
